Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Catch application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Description of Service

Catch is an iOS keyboard extension that uses AI technology to polish informal text into professional writing. The service requires an internet connection and processes your text through Google Gemini.

User Accounts and Access

Catch does not require account creation. Your device automatically generates an anonymous identifier used for rate limiting and usage tracking. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity.

Free Tier and Limitations

Catch offers a free tier with the following limitations:

• 50 polishes per day
• Professional mode only
• Approximately 300 characters per polish
• Cooldown period between messages

Catch Pro (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

Catch Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that provides:

• Unlimited polishes
• All three tone modes (Concise, Professional, Formal)
• Approximately 3,000 characters per polish
• No cooldown between messages

Subscription Terms:

• Available as a monthly or annual subscription.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Catch for the following purposes:

• Generating illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the operation of the service
• Impersonating others or engaging in fraudulent activities

Intellectual Property

The Catch application and all its content, features, and design are the property of Hsuanchi Kuo and are protected by copyright law. The text you input remains yours; the AI-polished output is yours to use freely.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Catch is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated results will be completely accurate or suitable for all contexts
• The service will function properly on all devices or network conditions

You should review all polished text before sending. Catch is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of polished content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hsuanchi Kuo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use Catch.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date above will be updated when changes take effect. Continued use of Catch constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
